Chaos in the Winter Wonderland of Bühl – the KAMMACHIs plan Christmas
When KAMMACHI's Head Santa, Achim, invited his fellow Santas Gunnar, Oli, and Chris to their annual Christmas planning meeting, he had a knot in his stomach. Not only as his KAMMACHI elves had already presented him with various delicious cookies, but also because as he didn't know what to put under the tree for KAMMACHI customers this year. Never had so many new customers joined the KAMMACHI family in a single year. So, the four Santas sat amidst boxes of tree ornaments, wrapping paper, and ribbons, unsure where to begin.
“Dear fellow Santas, I’m at a loss,” Achim began his annual motivation speech, “we’ve given ourselves so many presents this year that we’ve completely forgotten about our customers.” In his worry, he dropped the Christmas ornaments, which shattered. “Yes,” added Santa Gunnar, rushing to Achim’s aid with a broom and shovel, “we’ve managed to recruit eight new KKAMMACHI elves. And don’t forget the five new SAP superheroes and our new support star!”
“And don’t forget the fabulous FI/CO team leader,” added Santa Chris enthusiastically, “we can finally push e-invoicing forward.”
And Gunnar added, while searching for a box with more Christmas ornaments: “And our new marketing magician is helping us make KAMMACHI even better known! That’s great – with a total of 57 elves, we’re quite a powerful team now!”
Christmas Oli, who had been struggling to maneuver the enormous Christmas tree through the stairwell, brought up another important point: "We shouldn't forget that KAMMACHI is now also an SAP Sell Partner, which means even more expertise and holistic approaches for our customers! We've been able to further enhance our SAP add-in BAUSTEIN with numerous new features. The contract management, equipment & tools management, and improved integration into production have been particularly well received!” He adjusted the tree, shook the pine needles out of his Santa hat, and gave Head Santa Achim a friendly pat on the shoulder. "We can be proud of that."
“You’re right, there’s no need to worry – we might not have any physical presents for our customers, but everything we’ve given ourselves is a gift for them – better and more intensive consultation, optimal support, new features for BAUSTEIN. I don’t think anyone will be unhappy on Christmas Eve!”
“Now we just have to write down all these great things and get them to our customers before Christmas – I’ll inform our marketing magician,” Gunnar concluded the discussion.
With the help of their 57 KAMMACHI elves, the Santas finished their work for the day and sat down, calm and content, amidst the sparkling and shimmering Christmas decorations of the Bühler office. Achim treated his fellow Santas with a cup of eggnog; they nibbled some cookies and talked about what the year 2026 might bring. But that’s a story for another time… Let’s just say this much: It remains exciting!
